Many customers only have hand-drawn sketches; our technical team will help refine the dimensions and optimize the structure, proactively mitigating mold risks and reducing mold modification losses.
There is no fixed standard for mold opening time
For simple, single-cavity Custom Special Aluminum Profiles, mold opening and sample production can be completed in about a week. For complex profiles with multiple cavities, snap-fit designs, or hyperboloids, the debugging period will naturally be longer. Frankly speaking, molds rarely meet specifications perfectly on the first trial run. If discrepancies in dimensions or wall thickness are found during the trial production phase, we will make adjustments until the sample perfectly matches the requirements before commencing mass production.
There are many surface treatment options available
Anodizing, electrostatic powder coating, fluorocarbon paint, and wood grain transfer. We can basically arrange everything according to your needs. We will provide reasonable suggestions based on the product's intended use. For indoor commercial and decorative applications, ordinary anodizing offers better value. For outdoor exterior walls, air conditioner covers, or outdoor latticework, fluorocarbon coating is the preferred choice due to its strong resistance to UV rays and salt spray corrosion, and it is less prone to fading and peeling even after prolonged outdoor use. For export orders, we can match colors according to the international RAL color chart, ensuring smooth customs clearance.
