We never compromise on raw materials
For general interior decoration and light equipment frames, we uniformly use 6063-T5 virgin aluminum ingots. For applications requiring continuous vibration and heavy loads, we upgrade to 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. All aluminum billets undergo spectral analysis before warehousing. For profiles shipped to the markets, we resolutely avoid mixing in low-priced recycled scrap aluminum. Our technical team optimizes cross-sectional designs based on the EN755 national standard for profiles, reducing mold testing losses from the outset.
There are no fixed values for mold opening and sampling cycles
For simple customized aluminum extrusion profiles, mold processing and sample production can be completed in about a week. For complex profiles with multiple cavities and embedded slots, repeated adjustments for more than half a month are common. If the wall thickness or straightness exceeds international tolerances, we will repair the mold. We accept orders for both small batch samples of a few hundred kilograms and full container shipments.
Surface treatment is determined entirely based on the climate environment where the product will be used.
