Aluminum profile lower enclosure is a manufacturing process for battery pack lower enclosures. Its process typically includes "raw material forming → precision machining → component assembly → quality inspection".

 

Core processes include aluminum profile extrusion to form long strip profiles with multiple cavities, frame splicing and welding to construct the basic skeleton of the enclosure, high-strength connection and sealing between the liquid cooling plate and the frame through friction stir welding, and CNC machining of the assembly to eliminate accumulated errors. The production process includes airtightness checks on semi-finished products and assemblies, as well as dimensional inspection, assembly cleaning, and cold plate insulation withstand voltage testing, among other inspection steps.

 

This process, through precise machining and inspection, ensures that the enclosure meets the requirements of "stable structure, good sealing, compliant thermal management, and safety compliance." The aluminum profile enclosure integrates structural support, thermal management, sealing protection, lightweighting, and electromagnetic shielding functions.
