The main base material for aluminum alloy furniture is 6063 aluminum alloy, which meets basic compressive strength requirements. There are three main methods for forming aluminum panels: The first is an aluminum square tube connection structure, using aluminum square tubes with a wall thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm, assembled through welding, riveting, etc.; the second is an aluminum honeycomb panel structure, with high-strength aluminum panels on both sides and a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core inside. During manufacturing, a thin layer of hot-melt adhesive film is sandwiched between the aluminum honeycomb layer and the aluminum surface layer, bonded under high temperature and pressure. Because the adhesive film is essentially non-volatile after cooling, its formaldehyde release is low; the third is a large, pre-molded panel, then cut using high-precision machines.

 

There are two main assembly methods for aluminum panels: one is a frame-type construction technology, where a full aluminum frame is built first, and then the panels are installed in the middle; the other is a three-in-one connection technology, similar to panel furniture, where surface-treated profiles are assembled into pre-drilled slots using hardware accessories.

 

Surface treatment processes are diverse, mainly including wood grain transfer, lamination, baking paint, and spraying, to achieve different appearance effects.

 

The complete processing flow typically includes profile design, mold design, profile production, surface treatment, packaging, unpacking and cutting, and cabinet fabrication.
