The thermally broken aluminum alloy profile typically has a wall thickness between 1.4 and 1.8mm, using PA66 fiberglass thermal insulation strips. The interior of the cavity is filled with fire-retardant material, balancing energy saving, heat insulation, and fire resistance requirements.
Class A Fixed Fire-Resistant Window Multi-Layer Sealing System: Equipped with fire-expanding sealing strips, stepped double-overlap seals, and reinforced seals at hardware openings to ensure airtightness and smoke blocking effect in the initial stage of a fire.
Hardware System: Uses stainless steel or fire-resistant cast steel hinges with a melting point ≥950℃. Window sashes ≤1500mm in height are equipped with 3 hinges, and those >1500mm are equipped with 4 hinges.
