Water-based Preservative-treated Wood
Before preservative treatment, the wood undergoes strict wood grading and selection management, and meticulous planing. Subsequently, environmentally friendly CCA and ACQ preservatives are applied through vacuum high-pressure impregnation.
Vacuum High-Pressure Impregnation: This is a crucial step in the preservative treatment process. It first achieves the physical process of injecting the preservative into the wood, and simultaneously completes the chemical reaction between some of the preservative's active ingredients and the starch, cellulose, and sugars in the wood. This disrupts the living environment of bacteria and insects that cause wood rot, effectively improving the outdoor preservative-treated wood's performance.
High-Temperature Determination: Under high temperature, the preservative continues to penetrate the preservative-treated wood as evenly as possible, and the chemical reaction between the preservative's active ingredients and the starch, cellulose, and sugars in the wood continues. This further disrupts the living environment of bacteria and insects that cause wood rot.
Natural air drying: Natural air drying requires drying the wood at its intended location. This process adapts to the changes in wood cell structure caused by environmental variations in outdoor wood flooring and outdoor-specific preservative-treated wood flooring, allowing it to gradually stabilize and prevent changes during use.
Deep carbonized wood: Deep carbonized wood is known as a type of physically preservative-treated wood. Carbonization is a physical treatment process that does not use chemical agents, resulting in excellent environmental and safety properties. It refers to wood that has undergone high-temperature (generally above 180℃) carbonization to achieve a certain level of preservative resistance. Because its nutritional components are destroyed, it possesses good anti-corrosion and insect-repellent properties. Due to the reorganization of its water-absorbing functional groups and hemicellulose, the product has excellent physical properties, making it an ideal material for indoor use and saunas, becoming a new trend in bathroom decoration. Its blue hue, resistance to insects, deformation and cracking, and high-temperature resistance also make it an ideal material for outdoor swimming pool landscaping.
