Common specifications for preservative-treated wood include: 21×95MM, suitable for balcony flooring, bench seats, and balustrade panels; 28×95MM, suitable for flooring, bench seats, and top beams of pergolas; 45×95MM, suitable for floor panels and main beams of pergolas; 45×145MM, suitable for floor panels and main beams of pergolas; 70×195MM, suitable for floor panels, main beams of pergolas, and structural beams; 95×95MM, suitable for wooden columns, bench legs, and structures; 70×70MM, suitable for wooden columns and joists; 30×50MM and 30×40MM, suitable for floor joists.

 

Preservative-treated wood ceilings are mostly 95, 120, and 145mm in size, with lengths ranging from 2000 to 6000mm, with 3000 and 4000mm being the most common. After strict wood grading and selection management, and fine planing of the boards, environmentally friendly CCA and ACQ preservatives are used, followed by vacuum high-pressure impregnation treatment.

 

Common sizes for preservative-treated grape trellises range from 2m x 2m to 6m x 6m, with various combinations available. The main raw materials include preservative-treated Scots pine, carbonized wood, and Douglas fir.


Major types of preservative-treated wood include landscape-grade chemically treated woods such as Scots pine, hemlock, and merbau. Natural preservative-treated wood for indoor use generally refers to red cedar, whose heartwood has a natural decay resistance level of 2 or higher, is environmentally friendly and safe, and retains the original color, texture, and strength of the wood. Carbonized wood refers to wood that has undergone high-temperature (generally above 180℃) carbonization treatment to achieve a certain level of preservative resistance. It has a darker color, is treated physically, is environmentally friendly and safe, but its mechanical strength is reduced.
