Installation Preparation
Before installing the aluminum profiles for the curtain wall, the construction site needs to be cleaned and measured to ensure the accuracy of the installation baseline. Simultaneously, the aluminum profiles should be inspected, including appearance quality and dimensional accuracy, to ensure they meet design requirements.
Prepare the necessary tools and materials for installation, such as electric screwdrivers, wrenches, and sealant.
Installation Process
First, install the columns, ensuring verticality and horizontality. Secure the columns to the main building structure using embedded parts or expansion bolts. Then, install the horizontal beams, connecting them to the columns using angle brackets or other connectors, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
During installation, pay attention to controlling the gaps between the profiles. Generally, the gap width should meet design requirements to ensure the curtain wall's airtightness and aesthetics. After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the curtain wall to ensure it meets design and specification requirements.
